Method
- Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- Melt chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon coconut oil until smooth.
- Add a spoonful of melted chocolate to each liner and spread to cover the base.
- Freeze for 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
- Mix peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate layer.
- Cover with remaining melted chocolate.
- Sprinkle sea salt if desired.
- Chill in refrigerator or freezer until fully set.
- Remove from liners and serve.
Notes
Store in the refrigerator for best texture or freeze for longer storage.
