  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 1 onion diced
  • 3 celery stalks sliced
  • 3 cups broth
  • 2 tsp sage
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 2 eggs beaten

Method
 

  1. Prepare and dry bread cubes.
  2. Cook onion and celery in butter.
  3. Mix bread with vegetables and herbs.
  4. Add broth and eggs, mix gently.
