  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 0.33 cup pistachios chopped
  • 2-3 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 0.5 orange zest optional
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Slice and pit dates.
