Cake
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1.25 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 0.5 cup milk or Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix in dry ingredients alternating with milk.
  4. Add lemon juice and zest, then bake at 350°F for 50–60 minutes.
