Pasta
  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 zucchini chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup basil
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 0.25 cup parmesan

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta and reserve water.
  2. Sauté zucchini and garlic.
  3. Blend with herbs and parmesan.
  4. Toss with pasta.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

Add lemon juice for brightness.
