Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Equipment

  • Pan or baking sheet
  • Pot

Method
 

  1. Boil diced potatoes for 5 minutes.
  2. Roast or fry until crispy.
  3. Cook garlic with spices in olive oil.
  4. Toss potatoes with garlic oil.
  5. Add lemon juice and parsley and serve.

Notes

Ground coriander is traditional and recommended.
