Salmon
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika optional
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped

Method
 

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brush marinade over salmon and let rest 10–15 minutes.
  4. Grill salmon 4–6 minutes per side.
  5. Remove, garnish, and serve.

Notes

Do not overcook; salmon should be flaky and moist.
