Gnocchi
  • 500 g potato gnocchi
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes chopped
  • 1 cup cooking cream
  • 0.5 cup broth
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated

Method
 

  1. Cook garlic and sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil.
  2. Add cream, broth, and seasoning.
  3. Add gnocchi and simmer until tender.
  4. Stir in parmesan and serve.
