Matcha Overnight Oats
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.5 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, matcha, and chia seeds in a jar.
  2. Add milk, honey, vanilla, and salt and stir well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Stir, add toppings, and serve.

Notes

Add yogurt for extra creaminess or protein powder for more protein.
