Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
Cauliflower Rice
  • 3 cups cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup olives

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned chicken until golden and set aside.
  2. Sauté garlic and onion.
  3. Add vegetables and cauliflower rice.
  4. Return chicken and mix well.
  5. Finish with lemon and serve.
