Ingredients
  

Fish
  • 4 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 0.33 cup olives sliced
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season and sear fish until golden.
  2. Cook garlic and tomatoes.
  3. Add olives, capers, and lemon.
  4. Return fish and spoon sauce over.
