- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin.
- Cook ground meat until browned, then add onion, garlic, and vegetables.
- Stir in tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, and broth; simmer.
- Fill muffin cups with meat mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
- Bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
