Main
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • Strainer

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and reserve some pasta water.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic.
  3. Add sauces and sugar, mix well.
  4. Toss noodles with sauce.
  5. Finish with parmesan and garnish.
