  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 0.5 cup carrots grated
  • 0.25 cup onion optional
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni until very soft, then drain.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients.
  3. Mix warm pasta with dressing.
