Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
- Cut kielbasa pieces with thin slits on top (hasselback style).
- Arrange on baking sheet.
- Mix Dijon, honey, whole-grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, and brown sugar.
- Brush glaze over kielbasa, getting some into the slits.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, basting halfway, until caramelized and slightly crispy.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Do not slice all the way through to keep bites intact.
