Ingredients
  

Main
  • 2 lbs kielbasa sausage cut into 1–1.5 inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp whole-grain mustard optional
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Knife
  • Mixing bowl
  • Basting brush

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  2. Cut kielbasa pieces with thin slits on top (hasselback style).
  3. Arrange on baking sheet.
  4. Mix Dijon, honey, whole-grain mustard, garlic, olive oil, and brown sugar.
  5. Brush glaze over kielbasa, getting some into the slits.
  6. Bake for 15–20 minutes, basting halfway, until caramelized and slightly crispy.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Do not slice all the way through to keep bites intact.
