Keto Green Chili Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup green chilies
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned chicken in skillet.
  2. Make sauce with garlic, chilies, cream cheese, and broth.
  3. Return chicken, add cheese, cover and cook until melted.

Notes

Serve with cauliflower rice for a complete keto meal.
