Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup cornstarch
Sauce
  • 0.75 cup orange juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 0.33 cup soy sauce
  • 0.33 cup honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Coat chicken in egg and cornstarch.
  3. Bake 20–25 minutes.
  4. Prepare orange sauce and thicken.
