Ingredients
  

Main
  • 8 oz wide rice noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken breast thinly sliced
  • 2 eggs
  • 1.5 cups Chinese broccoli
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 0.5 tsp white pepper optional
  • lime wedges for serving

Equipment

  • Wok or large pan
  • Mixing bowls
  • Tongs or spatula
  • Knife and cutting board

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and prepare sauce.
  2. Cook garlic and chicken.
  3. Scramble eggs and add vegetables.
  4. Add noodles and sauce and stir-fry.
  5. Serve with lime wedges.

Notes

Cook on high heat for best flavor and slight caramelization.
