Ingredients
  

Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp peach preserves or peach puree
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 0.33 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 0.125 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine preserves, honey, Dijon, and balsamic.
  2. Add garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Whisk while slowly adding olive oil.
  4. Blend until smooth and emulsified.
  5. Serve or refrigerate.

Notes

Shake well before serving if separation occurs.
