- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- Mix rolled oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, and peanut butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
- Fold in diced berries if using.
- Pour mixture into baking dish and spread evenly.
- Dollop jam across the surface and swirl lightly with a knife.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top if desired.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes until set and lightly golden.
- Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
