  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Mix peanut butter and butter until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, mix into dough.
  3. Roll into balls and coat with powdered sugar.
  4. Chill before serving.

Notes

Chill dough if too soft before rolling.
