Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 0.25 cup basil pesto
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 0.5 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Combine shredded chicken, pesto, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Slice avocado and halve cherry tomatoes.
  3. Warm tortillas briefly to soften.
  4. Place lettuce on each tortilla.
  5. Add pesto chicken mixture.
  6. Top with avocado, tomatoes, and crumbled bacon.
  7. Fold sides and roll tightly into a wrap.
  8. Slice in half and serve.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for faster preparation.
