Ingredients
  

Cream Layer
  • 1.5 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup pistachio paste
Coffee Soak
  • 1 cup espresso cooled
  • 2 tbsp sugar
Assembly
  • 24 ladyfinger biscuits
  • 0.5 cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder optional

Method
 

  1. Whip cream to soft peaks.
  2. Mix mascarpone, sugar, vanilla, and pistachio paste.
  3. Fold whipped cream into mixture.
  4. Dip ladyfingers in coffee.
  5. Layer ladyfingers, cream, and pistachios.
  6. Repeat layers and finish with cream.
  7. Chill for 4–6 hours or overnight.

Notes

Use high-quality pistachio paste for best flavor. Chill overnight for best texture.
