  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Slice and season pork.
  2. Sear in skillet until golden.
  3. Cook garlic and deglaze with broth.
  4. Add cream and mustard, simmer.
