  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup steamed broccoli finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp cheese optional
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Equipment

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a soft mixture forms.
  2. Shape into small nuggets suitable for babies.
  3. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Cool before serving.

Notes

Ensure nuggets are soft and cut appropriately for baby's age.
