Ingredients
  

Pasta Dish
  • 1 lb ravioli cheese or spinach
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tbsp basil chopped
  • 2 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté asparagus in olive oil until slightly tender.
  3. Add garlic and cherry tomatoes and cook briefly.
  4. Add cooked ravioli and toss gently.
  5. Season with lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add fresh herbs and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

Top with toasted pine nuts for extra crunch.
