Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 chicken breasts boneless
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste
Salad
  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup black beans
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado sliced

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with spices and cook until done.
  2. Prepare dressing by mixing all ingredients.
  3. Combine salad ingredients in a bowl.
