Chicken
  • 1 lb chicken sliced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 0.25 cup water
Noodles
  • 8 oz noodles

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and set aside.
  2. Season and cook chicken.
  3. Prepare sauce in the same pan.
  4. Combine noodles and chicken with sauce.
