Casserole
  • 300 g breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices bread cubed
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage until browned.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, and seasoning.
  3. Mix bread, sausage, and cheese with egg mixture.

You can assemble the casserole the night before and bake in the morning.
