- Prepare cooked chicken by slicing or shredding.
- In a large bowl combine salad greens, carrots, cucumber, and green onions.
- Add chicken and orange segments on top of the salad.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced almonds over the salad.
- Whisk olive oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, orange juice, zest, ginger, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle dressing over salad just before serving.
- Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
