  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 large onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Place chicken and vegetables on sheet pan.
  2. Add oil, lime, and seasonings.
  3. Toss and spread evenly.
  4. Bake until cooked through.
