  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1 lime juiced

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Season and roast vegetables for 10 minutes.
  3. Toss shrimp with spices and lime juice.
  4. Add shrimp to pan and bake 8–10 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortillas and garnish.

Notes

Do not overcook shrimp for best texture.
