Method
- Pit the dates and soak them in warm water for a few minutes if they are firm.
- Add banana, dates, tahini, almond milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until thick.
- Taste and add maple syrup if desired.
- Pour into glasses and top with cinnamon or tahini drizzle.
Notes
For a thicker smoothie use frozen bananas and reduce the milk slightly.
