  • 12 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese or cream cheese
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles until al dente.
  2. Brown beef with onion and garlic.
  3. Add tomato sauce and seasoning.
  4. Mix sour cream and cheese layer.
