Ingredients
  

Jello Layer
  • 1 box flavored gelatin
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 0.5 cup mini marshmallows
  • 0.5 cup crushed pineapple drained
Cream Layer
  • 1 cup sour cream

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Whisk
  • Glass dish
  • Spatula

Method
 

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Add cold water, pineapple, and marshmallows.
  3. Pour half into dish and chill until partially set.
  4. Mix sour cream with remaining gelatin and spread on top.
  5. Chill until fully set and slice.

Notes

Let the first layer partially set before adding cream layer.
