Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 4 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1-2 tbsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp green onions chopped

Method
 

  1. Slice cucumbers and salt them for 10 minutes.
  2. Drain excess water.
  3. Mix dressing ingredients.
  4. Toss cucumbers with dressing.
  5. Add sesame seeds and green onions.
  6. Let sit 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Adjust chili oil to taste.
