Ingredients
  

Crostini
  • 1 baguette sliced
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic halved
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese shaved
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • microgreens optional garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and toast baguette slices until golden.
  2. Rub warm crostini lightly with garlic.
  3. Sauté asparagus in olive oil for 3–4 minutes.
  4. Season asparagus with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  5. Spread ricotta on toasted bread.
  6. Top with sautéed asparagus.
  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan and lemon zest.
  8. Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with microgreens.

Notes

For extra flavor, add thin slices of prosciutto.
