- Sauté asparagus in olive oil for 3–4 minutes.
- Season asparagus with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Spread ricotta on toasted bread.
- Top with sautéed asparagus.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and lemon zest.
- Drizzle with olive oil and garnish with microgreens.

For extra flavor, add thin slices of prosciutto.
