Filling
  • 1 lb steak thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp cumin
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1.5 cups cheese shredded
Assembly
  • 4 tortillas
  • 1 tbsp butter

Method
 

  1. Season steak and cook in skillet until browned.
  2. Sauté peppers and onions, then combine with steak.
