Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 large chicken breasts cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
Noodles
  • 8 oz noodles
  • 2 green onions sliced

Equipment

  • Large pan

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles and set aside.
  2. Coat chicken in seasoning and cornstarch.
  3. Cook chicken until golden and remove.
  4. Make sauce in the same pan.
  5. Add chicken and noodles and toss with sauce.
  6. Garnish and serve.

Notes

Add vegetables like broccoli, carrots, or bell peppers for a more balanced meal. Use low-sodium soy sauce if preferred.
