Ingredients
  

Tofu
  • 14 oz firm tofu pressed and cubed
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Sauce
  • 2 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp ginger grated

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl

Method
 

  1. Press and cube tofu.
  2. Coat tofu with cornstarch and cook until crispy.
  3. Prepare sauce in pan.
  4. Combine tofu with sauce and cook until sticky.

Notes

Adjust spice level by modifying gochujang amount.
