Method
- Cook sago pearls in boiling water until translucent, then rest covered.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth.
- Blend strawberries into a smooth purée.
- Mix coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Divide cream mixture and mix separately with matcha and strawberry.
- Layer sago, strawberry mixture, more sago, then matcha mixture in glasses.
- Chill and serve cold.

For best presentation, use clear glasses to show layers.
