- Boil water and cook sago pearls until translucent.
- Let sago sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
- Blend strawberries until smooth.
- Mix coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir in sago and blended strawberries.
- Chill before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Adjust sweetness depending on strawberries.
