Ingredients
  

Strawberry Sago
  • 0.5 cup small sago pearls
  • 2 cups water for cooking
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk
  • 0.25 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar optional
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Boil water and cook sago pearls until translucent.
  2. Let sago sit covered for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse sago under cold water.
  4. Blend strawberries until smooth.
  5. Mix coconut milk, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
  6. Stir in sago and blended strawberries.
  7. Chill before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Adjust sweetness depending on strawberries.
