- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and onion and cook until fragrant.
- Add sliced beef and stir fry until browned.
- Stir in vegetables and chili pepper.
- Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, chili paste, and broth.
- Pour sauce into pan and mix well.
- Add noodles and toss until evenly coated.
- Turn off heat and mix in basil and lime juice.
- Serve immediately with lime wedges.
Notes
Use high heat and fresh Thai basil for authentic flavor.
