  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1-2 tsp coarse salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  3. Pierce potatoes with a fork.
  4. Rub with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  5. Bake for 45–60 minutes until tender and crispy.
  6. Slice open, fluff, and serve.

Notes

Avoid foil for best crispy skin and use russet potatoes for fluffy texture.
