Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 500 g chicken breast or thighs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, and spices to make marinade.
  2. Coat chicken thoroughly with marinade.
  3. Marinate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.
  4. Bake, grill, or pan-cook chicken until fully cooked.
  5. Rest chicken before serving.

Notes

Marinating longer makes the chicken more tender and flavorful. Chicken thighs give the juiciest results.
